HID Fogs?

Want to get some HID Fogs for my car. 9000k? I don't really want a ricerish color but I do want a nice blue color 
. I have a LCI 528i, no xenon lights normal halogens. Also normal fogs. What are the best fogs to get, also on Ebay I can get some for $20-$30 are these good?
One last thing easy to install?

IMO 9000K is going to be a bit ricer just because you don't have HIDs on top either.

$20-$30? those are blue tinted halogen bulbs with over wattage that could melt ur harness or even worse housing.
I can make ur low beams and fog lights TRUE HID and also convert ur angel eye to a custom LED white angel eye. no one sells angel eyes for halogen LCI e60s.
