send me a PM so we can discuss different packages for you instead of using the thread.

Stock is 4300K. It sure has a hint of blue when you first turn it on. THen it turns white with a yellow hue after it warms up. If you want a blue and then a good contract blue, then get 8000K low beams and then 20000K fogs. Beware of 20000K. That is pull me over blue. 10000K will be a tad bluer than 8000K.

I just got 10000k HID fogs for my TL and its a deep blue. It varies by the company. My 10000k is deep blue but I have seen other 10000k which is iceberg blue. On my E60 I have 8000k for lowbeams and 8000k HID for fogs. I do not suggest 8000k for lowbeams because at night its very hard to see. Its worse then halogens. My TL has 4300k OEM bixenon lights and its 10x better then the 8000k I have in my E60.

Is this because the Deep Blue is not compatible or is not legal? Any info on this would be great. Thanks.
Dude, are you sure you wanna purchase the 30000k HID? I've had so many people tell me "omg the 30000k blue hid are so nice", then right when they get it they automatically regret it. go for 8k imo.

There literally will be no light output, lol. Might as well throw color tint over the headlight.

+1 I think that if you want a "Ricey" looking Mod that actually defeats the purpose of fog lights in the first place, go ahead and do the 30K bulbs!

I have 55w 5k and its VERY VERY bright. 2x brighter than 35w kits. I don't even need fogs and it's not ricey, but still a cool blue.
