Default HID Ballast Help

I've searched the Forum. Can't find what I'm looking for. Yall's opinion is what counts. I did an upgrade to my foglights and went with a HID conversion Kit, 9006. One of my ballasts has gone bad. I may as well replace both because it's been a couple of years and from what i've read, the brand is not that good.

So here is the question. I have an E60 and now have HID 9006 6000K fog lights.

What is the best Ballast brand to buy?
What kind of price am I looking at?
I'm willing to pay for quality, especially if it comes with a warranty.
35w or 55w? Does it matter?
Will any correct wattage Ballast fit my car?
I'm looking for specifics. Please share your opinion.

Lots of stuff on ebay. Not in a hurry to go that route, unless I know what I'm looking for. I have Xenon Adaptive headlights.

Thank You. I'll research them.

[b]We recommend 35W because it's more reliable and the light output is great[./b]

This is for fogs, that we recommend the Canbus HID.
if you need ballasts for the headlights, you'll want to remove yours, get the model numbers and buy a used one on eBay.
