Hey guys, I am getting M6 rims for my stock non sport 2006 525i. The rims I am getting are 19 inch staggered wheels. Front 19x8.5 and Rear 19x9.5 with Offset of 17... I will also be lowering my car 1 inch. What size tires should I get...245/35/19 275/30/19? Will these fit good? any suggestions? comments? please

I just put 19's on mine with a 20 & 22 offset front and rear respectively, with those tires sizes. Although, mine has the sport suspension and is not dropped.
Those offsets are pretty aggressive from what I can tell, so I would think that with you drop and 19's, you'll probably need to go with a 235/30 front and 265/25 rear to prevent rubbing (unless you wanted to flare your fenders). Now don't quote me on this, I'm just going from my recent experience. Hopefully some of the other members will chime in and either affirm or object to my assumptions.

I assume they are replicas because the M6 offsets are 12mm front,17mm rear.If you do not lower, your front is o.k. for 245/35R19 and other members have 275/30R19 rear with a 17mm offset (32mm is the offset on 172M's).However,if you do a search,a few members have experienced rear rubbing with certain brands of tyre since section width and tread width do vary slightly (see data at Tirerack).
If you are going ahead with lowering you need advice from others.

I have OEM M167's with those tyre sizes (Falken FK452), and mine have the aggressive M6 offsets and lowered on Eibach Pro kit and Koni Sport shock suspension.
I have had no rubbing in the back even with 4 people and a boot full of suitcases. The front was a different story. I got the front arches rolled and a small plastic piece of bumper that sticking out where the front bumper meets the wheel arch, cut away. ( its not a lot of work at all) and now I have zero rubbing from the front. It was a nightmare before I did it though, and thats with Falkens that have a curved sidewall.

Thanks guys, I will look in to 235/30/19 front and 265/25/19 .. The Volgtage springs I got only lower the car about 1.0 inch front and 0.9 inch rear and I never more than 3 people in the car so I am not to concerned with rubbing.
