That might a stretch considering how wide the wheels are...10" front and 11" rear. The offsets are ET40 front and ET37 rear.
The offsets would typically be ok for an xi, but those rims are just too wide...would probably rub the struts & will definitely rub the outer fenders, front and rear. And I don't think they'd look right on an E60.

Agree with Dave - they'll rub the struts - I've looked into these wheels (since I have an Xi too).
