My Ride: BMW 530D SE, Tip-tronic, Comfort Seats Special order leather, Adaptive Steering, Adaptive Headlights, Pro Sat Nav, M Sport Bodykit, 20" M5 Alloys
Hi,
I'm new to E60 but hoping somebody can give me some advice? I have a 530D SE spec which I have fitted 20" M5 alloys the sizes are:
Front 8.5" running on 245/35/20
Rear 9.5" running on 275/30/20
I want to tighten up the body roll and hug the tyres a little more and have purchased a Eibach Prokit, will I suffer any rubbing? is anyone else out their running on 20" on a SE with a Prokit?
Also will my ride quality be effected badly as that it not what they advertise?
Any feedback would be most appreciated.
Thanks

Eibach pro kit is the closest to stock suspension in terms of ride quality . You should be able to get a finger and a half gap in the back and maybe 1 in the front so rubbing doesnt seem like an issue.

i haven't try eibach pro kit, but my H&R sports is pretty good as well, very close to stock in terms of ride comfort but yet you can feel better handling.

Thanks guys. The main reason I am concerned is I am getting rubbing already without it being lowered but appears to only be on the NSF (I think its the bit of plastic between the arch and the bumper) is it common to trim this ? and why does it rub only on one side? could it be my strut or spring is on the way out on this corner?
Any advice would be good it is booked in to have the pro-kit fitted this coming week but don't want to make it worse?
Cheers
