No, I was talking about the piece that goes around the Nav. cd slot and DSC/PDC buttons in the front. If you don't have Nav. then there is a cubby hole. Which is perfect for sunglasses IMHO. The MY 2005 has wood there and MY 2004 doesn't. Some of us 2004's would like to retro fit it.

My Ride: 2005 545i step, nav, sport, 166 wheels, premium sound, don't need nothin' else.
bmwpartsguy-welcome from Chicagoland! We're all glad to have you aboard, I'm sure. Where in the US are you?
I'd love a set of those 135M wheels for my new (not yet, taking ED 1/05) 2005 545 sport!
If you want to PM me with your phone number I'll get in touch.
We probably ought to start your own forum like the bimmerfest Ask-a-dealer set up.
How about it Lomag, DAS?

Thanks for the responses.
Bummer they're 18 inchers. If 19" I would definitely get two pairs.
Count me in for the Anthracite trim piece NO NAV as well !!!
Never thought I'd be a "mod-der" !!! Good thing BMW hasn't made an Anthracite shift knob or brake pull ...

[/quote]Sure looks like it. I've been working on the wood issue since i arrived here at the store this morning. There are 28 different choices for the requested wood trim. Depends if the car has MASK or CCC. TV function? Voice Input? DVD changer? I will definitely have to have each individual's last 7 of the VIN to get you the right part.
