I'm looking to get front pads for a 2006 525i. I ran into these 2 part numbers
HB551F.748 http://www.empire1.net/racing/neonra...551f.748.shtml HB534.750 http://www.empire1.net/racing/neonra...534f.750.shtml What's the difference between the 2? the .750 seems to have a split between the pads. Is that any better or worse? |
551F.748 is the proper part number. Don't worry when you order I'll get you the proper set :)

balbs, order from Michael, he'll take care of you for sure. The Hawks have noticeable improvement in braking on my 545i.
|
p.s. He has an installer he can refer who I've used with no problems whatsoever.

So a buddy of mine works as a mechanic for Delta airlines (fixes their trucks, not planes). He was also a mechanic when he was in the army. Although he used to have an early 90's 3 series, he shouldn't have a problem changing brakes and rotors on an E60 right?

it's a piece of cake :)
