This is great, but how in the hell did you get the housing out by just slipping your nails and fingers underneath? i tried to pry it last night with a screwdriver and applied some force and it wouldn't budge.
Hmmm. Don't think I'll be able to help you with this one C, seeing as I bite my fingernails
Did you push the housing or did you pry it?

Both. I pushed, pulled, tugged. ECF was just here in my office visiting for the first time. I should have asked him! Hahaha! I am going to get it to come out tonight. I can't let it win. I have to figure this out.

Wahoo! I got it. The funniest part is, it doesn't require much force at all. I just pushed slight to the right and pulled down and it came out. I think I was pushing so hard last night (sounds sick, I know ) to the right that it was counter-productive to pulling down at the same time. Anyway, all done. Took me about 5 mins, including getting the resistors to sit snug. Thanks for everyones help. I'll post pix soon. Again, thanks to all those that PM'ed me advice and to Alpinewhite who was kind enough to post video clips. You are the man!

Just installed the lights/resistors. Very easy once you figure out how the light housings come out. Very sunny today, so hard to tell how bright these things actually are, but will take pics when it's dark out and I get a chance.

Installed the plate LED's. VERY easy once you figure out how to get the housings out. Alpinewhite's video was very helpful. Thx!

Nice cool blue/white light to compliment the new AIB's

I need to take pix of my rear LED's too. I love the look from front to rear now. At night, my jet black car just looks mean. Pix are on the way.
