Has anyone tried using the paint pen?

I just found a little scruff mark on my bmw and since I'm a conscious freak, I want to get rid of it lol.
Was looking at the touch up paint pen from bavauto.com (no direct link to the item, will have to search for it :X )
Has anyone used this before? can it be used on scruff marks?

I've used this pen and it works pretty good, I used it on my e46 before. Check out the demo video on the website.
