why would you replace LED? I am happy with my Amber light when Amber light minimizes eye strain, thats why they are used in Photography darkrooms

We got round to taking the the board out of the dash but I see no LEDs to change.
Are the LED in side the 1 boxs?
Do I need to take them apart?
Or is there some 1 that make these boxs with white lights?
