So.. tried to follow the DIY on here for it but my stupid jack is short by 1/2" of raising the car high enough in the central jack point to slide the jack stands under the side jack points... My question is - would it just be easier (or... is this my only alternative) to remove the front bumper and install the splitter with the bumper removed alltogther and then reinstall the bumper assembled? Are there any cons to going this route? Also - do the replica hamann style splitters typically have a small gap at each edge below the fog lights?
