Looking nice, except from a view where you can spot that the 2nd one doesn't have a resonator (hope it's the right term). That i don't like.
" would not mind a little more noise, and I may remove the second resonator in the future. I will see what happens when I install the Dinan CAI. Right now if I really want to hear it, I need to open the window."
so there is infact the 1-2 resonators, what did you mean by that. thx

The passenger side has a very small silencer that fits into the cavity between the spare tire and the battery.

The exhaust comes out of the engine on both sides going through 2 cats right after the manifolds.
The first two or first set of resonators (one in each side) are a short distance after the cats. The two pipes continue as real duals into what I refer to as the 2nd resonator which is a box located back by the rear axle. Two pipes come into the resonator box, two pipes come out and Y into a large 3.25" pipe that leads back to the stock mufflers. In my case it now leads into the Hamann exhaust.
The Hamann system is designed to leave this second resonator in the system.
I have considered removing this resonator for more sound. Although I am hesitant as there is a nice rumble outside the car but is very hard to detect while cruising.
I was hopefull that I would run into somebody who had done this at the Santa Barbara Bimmerfest next month and I could listen to it.

I have never done a soundclip and not sure if I have the equipment. Any suggestions of how to go about it?
Possible to do at the SB Bimmerfest next month is anyone has the capability.

There's also members here who have removed both (straight pipes). Try doing a search of the forum.
