hamann and AC areodynamics

I was looking athte Hamann an AC areodynamics on their webistes and am curious if they are add on kits or if they are full bumper relplacement kits. It kind of looks like both Hamann and AC are full bumper replacement kits.. (Except for the Hamann one that looks like an add on) Can anyone help me clarify?

The hamann is a full bumper kit, while ACS only has ADD ON kit for their aerodynamics.

No. For hamann rear, you have to cut the original rear apron to fit in the hamann rear. It is a rather tough job in installing the rear as you have to mold it with the original bumper.
For the ACS rear, yes it is just an add on..

Absolutely correct.
The one-piece unit is called a front apron by Hamann. It includes everything below the hood except the headlights, of course. That is, two kidney cut-outs (w/ screen mesh) and even two foglights.
