Had a Meeting with a Deer :(
I had to share.....
I decided to drive my car down to South Carolina on vacation.. and I was an hour away from my destination.. and a Deer decided he wanted to introduce himself to my car. My family and I were ok.. no injuries.. with the exception of my car. Below are some pics I took the next morning. So I decided now is the time to do more modding. I decided to get a M5Tech front bumper. I will later get the sides.. and leave the rear as is for now. I already cleared it with the shop who's doing the work. Fortunately, something good is coming out of this..

That really sux! Did the situation leave you stranded or was it still drivable? BTW, the replacement bumpers do not come with PDC brackets or at least the one source I can think of does not. You might want to check to see before you purchase. If not, you will need to purchase four new brackets or remove you old ones which are welded to the bumper and then install them. You can't just use any glue. I hear there is a kit you can purchase through BMW that works but haven't seen it. If you had a LCI you can't even purchase the PDC brackets!

Thanks Tony.. I'll have to look into that.
The car was drivable. I was able to drive back to CT with no issues. It's just very ugly. :-)
