My Ride: (06 bmw 530xi) acs roof spoiler, hamann style front lip, acs trunk spoiler, 8500K GP Thunder Angel Eyes, h&r springs, (front) 20x8.5 -35offset (tires) 245/35/20, (rear) 20x10 -38offset (tires) 275/30/20, euro plate, Full mtech body kit. SOLD!!!

Neither...unless you do matching shocks. Sport/Race springs will quickly destroy stock shocks. If you just want a lower stance with your existing shocks/ride, then don't go with H&R, go with a lowering spring that matches a stock ride.
Best of all...start by talking to a retailer tech rep. There are lot's of options and trade-offs. It's easier to ruin your car's ride than improve it if you don't select compatible suspension components.
