I have an 06 550 Sport. I was thinking about getting either the H&R Sport Springs or Eibach Pro Kit springs from JleviSW.

Would either of these springs be worthwhile for my car? Would it lower it all being that I already have the sport?

If so would I need anything else besides just the springs?

<EDIT>
Oh yeah and if I were to get either, would the HR Sway bars front/rear/both be something that I should get? How much improvement?

You'd get about .5" lower than what you have now. Sway bars would improve handling but I'd get the springs first see how you like the handling and then decide if you want them.

If you got the dough though, I'd recommend some coilovers.

it would be 0.5" lower all around with the eibach pro-kits, and 0.6" lower in front and 0.5" lower in rear with H&R sports. you may need aftermarket shocks either with the springs or you can wait until the stock shocks wear out and then go with shocks. H&R sways, you will only feel a difference in turns and cornering mainly, usually recommended for tracking and often spirited driving. another open option is like what Michael said above, coilovers, and they would be adjustable.

if you're running 20's, you need to roll your fenders especially rear!

Yeah I'm just wondering about the ride quality with stock shocks.

with stock shocks it will be fine. both the pro-kits and H&R sports were made to complement the stock shocks, but that doesnt stop the shocks from wearing out faster. it will depend on the condition of the shocks and the mileage on them when you put on the springs. when the ride feels bouncy, its time to change the shocks. for me personally on my non-sport, I went a good 20k miles with the pro-kit and stock shocks and when I put on the springs I had about 25k miles.
