I know the H&R Sport lowers about 1.4" on Non-Sport cars...Mine is a sport and I am trying to visualize the drop with my new wheels before I order springs. My wheels are 19" and I am running 245-35-19 front tires and 275-30-19 rear.
I was hoping some of you would be willing to measure from the ground to the top of the fender...front and rear so that I can try to figure out whether I should go with H&R Sport, Race, or Coilovers (I know the virtues of coilovers but I really do not want to spend that kind of cash right now unless I have to).
I just measured my stock Sport suspension and I am getting 26 1/4" rear and 26 1/2" front.
Please include your tire sizes if different than mine.
Thanks in advance guys!!!

You should see about a 1/2" drop. Same size tires with H&R sport -- I just measured 25-3/4" front and 25-5/8" rear. It is enough to help the looks and the handling is much improved (at least in combo with Koni's). I was very disappointed with the stock sport package suspension -- not enough "sport" for me.
Here's a photo from earlier this week (kind of pissed they didn't come out very clear).

Thanks VERY much for the replies. Much appreciated! EXACTLY what I was looking for.
Soo, it looks like H&R Sport drops factory/Stock Sport suspension about .625" rear and .75" front. Now to measure and see if that's all the drop I need
