I can't decide on which way to go. What do you guys would think looks best on Alpine White.

I vote matte....but after taking a look at the picture in your sig, I'm thinking maybe custom.
How about going with a white border and matte lines?

+1 on the white border and matte centers. Just make sure the border's well coated to avoid road rash.

I would go Matte Black, I like the contrast better than the gloss.
