Hey guys, I just installed a GP Thunder 8500k H8 Angel Eye bulb in my E92, but about 2 min after I installed them, the side where I had it in smelled a bit like burnt plastic.
I checked the bulb and it's 35 Watt, just like the original but I turned them off for now...
I am just wondering if fresh wiring can smell a little burnt when it's under current for the first time and if this is normal.... I don't want to fry the wiring in the headlights...
Thank you![Smile](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/imported/smile.gif)

Smell went away...I guess the wires have a "break-in period" ![Tongue](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/imported/tongue.gif)

there is nothing wrong with your GP Thunder Bulbs, did you get V2 or V1?
