This is the new style ACS badge (boot and grill). The grill badge has clamp fittings, both are original ACS parts and are ?22 from Motorforce. Check out AC Schnitzer on ebay they have them on auction (buy now)

. The also love the look of your ACS rear lip spoiler and the M aero (sport) rear.
That inpired me to order the ACS spoiler for my ride - I even threw in a Dinan exhaust for good measure
