[/quote]I pre-ordered a white 545i and the confirmation email stated that shipping would be added once the item is available for shipment. There is no tax.
The following is the exact wording of the message:
"Preorders are billed and shipped as they arrive. Shipping is additional. Please visit http://www.diecastmuscle.com/store/Shipping for shipping rates."

$7.75!!! on top of $49 makes it... ummm 56.75
Deler sells it for $65 with 10% = 58.5 + tax = 63.33
I save 6.58 Heck... maybe I'll buy it from the dealer...

THATS RIGHT!!! but I'm buying car insurance for $6.58
I get to see the car and make sure theres no damage before at the dealer. Or the chance of getting damaged en-route... you know how good BMWs tracking system is... 
NOW if it saves me a picture of Ben hell I'll take the risk... but not for a few Georges...
WAIT: but if the dealers models are made by Kyosho and the one at diecastmuscle is also by Kyosho does that mean they make them specially for the dealers first before releasing it to the public?

Let me see... I think I've negotiated so far... License plate frame, Valve stem Caps, Aux Input for the MINI, to name a few...
Last time I went in there to buy a roundal for the hood of a E34 and he said the price was $18.95 and I was LIKE WHAT! Gave me a nice long speel about how dealers are independantly owned and thats their price... so I was like ok I'll go buy somewhere else.
OEM is $14.95
Brav Auto is $12.95
So when I turned around and almost started to walk out he was like Let me see that part number... he typed it in again and was like ok I'll match it. And gave it to me at $14.
Soooooooo ya that guy recgonizes me for sure...
