Car looks great, nice work. Get rid of that front plate though, or get a german plate. Would really clean up the new bumper...

I would love to get rid of the front plate. But I drive in the city often and I know I will get pulled over for it at checkpoints. I drove a Honda with rims with no tints. Got pulled over by the same cop twice at a checkpoint in a week. Told me to rollup the windows to see if I had tints. So they're staying on.

Agree. Dump the front plate D/K. Although it is illegal in NY not to have a front plate, I still to this day do not have one on my M5, nor will I ever. And I don't have one on my new X5 either. In fact, I told the dealer specifically not to drill the mounting bracket into the new bumper and they obliged. It looks so much better.

No trunk finisher for me. But for the pads, just let me know when you're ready. I'm probably going to order them Friday.
