Thanks for all the compliments guys. The wife will definitely appreciate hearing the feedback about the house. 
Took us two years to finally finish the build out. We almost walked away a couple of times too 
No offense to those in the building and construction business, but I'm just appalled with some of the folks we dealt with; what a headache.
For all you Californians, come down to Texas. You definitely get more house for your money down here.
I certainly wouldn't be able to build this in Cali.

Don't get me wrong I like the M-tech rear with CF diffuser, but would rather have the M5 rear + quad exhaust. But for now, the stock rear bumper works for me. The suspension's stock sport. At times it looks low enough for me, and sometimes I want to lower it some more with H&R sport springs + Bilsteins. However with the addition of the Hamann front splitter, I may scrape driving in and out of my driveway; it has more slope than I would like.
