Most important thing is to do before/after dynos. That way you know for sure. FAR too many people fail to do a baseline dyno and then regret it afterwards.
I would guess 12-18hp on a DynoJet.

Yep, it's always easy to make paper HP.
Billy Boat dyno's around 10
Dinan Intake - 17 (according to Dinan website)
Dinan TB - 5 (according to Dinan website)
Paper total - 32 hp increase. BUT - thats not reality, is it? I was thinking it might add up to around low 20's after the sofware upgrade. Making extra HP on a 545 is a whole lot more expensive then it is on a Mustang that's for sure. For a couple grand plus you can find almost 100 hp on a Mustang; a couple grand on a 545 finds you about a tenth of that. Apples to oranges though.
With the Dinan software upgrades - if you move from Stage to Stage do you get a break in price or do you pay full for each upgrade?
Before / after dyno is always the best way to go if your concerned about the true impact or if your getting a dyno tune. I dont know if I'll go that route with the BMW. I did that with the GSXR 1000 when I started modifying it. Came in useful to have a true dyno chart to prove the numbers after it was all done! Generally speaking, a dyno experience can be, um, rather dissappointing if your expectations are too high.
