so which bulb should a be replacing it with, i have searched and read hundreds of posts, and im still none the wiser, lci, pre lci, xenon, halogen etc,
my headlight have one projector unit in that was running a halogen bulb, its now running a 35w hid kit, and my high beam bulb is still a halogen for now and is in a non projector unit if that helps,
i look forward to your replys and help,
thank you,
mike

I am not an expert, But I can say it depends on the car.
LCI for the E60 is 2008 and newer. There are different requirements for pre-LCI vs. LCI.
what year is your car? There are some experts on this forum that can tell just by your description--I ain't one.

Lol, I am gonna call you out and say bs.
If you read and searched through hundreds of posts and still can't conclude that you have LCI halogens, you really shouldn't be swapping out bulbs yourself.
Actually try dude.
