We have the Garmin Nuvi 350 for my wife's Honda Pilot.. this model doesn't have Bluetooth, but it is great for NAV and a great price at Best Buy because the Nuvi 360 is the newer model with Bluetooth I believe...

I use a Garmin 680. If you have Aux input, you can pick up a phono-to-phono wire from Radio Shack. I use this one: Radio Shack
The Garmin 680 has both Bluetooth and MSN Traffic. I can listen to navigation through the car speakers, and use the hands-free functions. The Nuvi has caller ID, last & missed call dialing, phone-book sync, SMS with a compatible phone (mine isn't), and direct dialing from searches. The latter happens when you search for something (say a restaurant) and the choices are returned. Most have associated phone numbers. You simply press the number on the Nuvi to place the call. My only complaint is that I also have a Stilletto Sat radio which also uses the Aux input. So, I have to play cable swap. The Nuvi (and Stilletto) will allow transmissions through FM radio, but in the City there are far too many powerful stations.
