Guys, where do you put your Nuvi 350 in your E60. I have heard about dash, air vent and windshield holders.
And remember a pic is worth a thousand words.
Thanks

I tend to go with whatever the Garmin tells me. Since I've had my Streetpilot, the firmware has been updated three times (all for free!), the TMC traffic system has been enhanced once, and I've added a couple of voices (I'm using Jill from Australia at the moment). I had one instance in which the BMW NAV was giving me what I'd call "J. Edgar Hoover directions" (no left turns) to a place, while the Garmin gave me a clear and direct route.

Have a look at the following thread and you'll see where I fitted mine (with pictures!) and the reasons for doing so.

A bunch of the Garmin Nuvi threads will lead you in circles (Sorry, I'm partially to blame for that )

Here's a link of where I "installled" my Garmin Nuvi

http://forums.e60.net/index.php?showtopic=37422

I bought an additional power adapter and bracket that I also mounted in my Honda s2000 so I can easily swap the Nuvi back and forth between both vehicles.

Thanks guys. Nice installations.
Has anybody installed an air vent bracket. I am wondering how it would be looking there.
