Got the latest performance upgrades list for the E60 from G-POWER in pdf format.
Prices are ex. tax and labour.
EDIT : also from RACING DYNAMICS ( for people in the Benelux, they have an Aachen, Germany location as well ! )

Yep, RD is nearly double the price from other tuners.
But hey the complete exhaust system ( headers, cross pipes, muffler ) offers stagerring results - up to 30 extra hp for the 545i. Add chip tuning and you're looking at a realistic 55 extra hp's from a couple of relatively simple but expensive mods. Plus it sounds awesome

Indeed Racing Dynamics is a very good tuner
I dont really know about G-power though

Just recieved the quote via email from Racing Dynamics in Aachen.
The complete sports exhaust system for the 545i/550i ( sports headers, cat, crosspipes, dual rear mufflers) = 11700euros, plus rear addon lip plus ECU remapping and air filter = total ~20000 euros :'(
1 day fitting, +55 hp.
I like this setup a LOT - but DAMN man.....

The complete exhaust however is a piece of masterwork I must admit. I'm even tempted to go and see it up close. RD advised me that in case I didn't like the rear apron, they could cut out the OE bumper - no problem.
But is there an alternative for a true dual exhaust setup from a reputable tuner ?
Maybe not headers, at least from the resonators and beyond???
