Frustrations with Angelibright (Customer Service)

Hi All,
I am a getting very frustrated with Angelibright's customer service. I have been waiting 1 month for my order and I still ahve not recieved it. My order date is May 19th! I can't get through on the phone and my contact ,Dave, hasn't e-mailed me back. I called 2 weeks ago and spoke with Dave who told me that my order has shipped - well, nothing yet. Where is the product coming from?
This is ridiculous! Can anyone can help me or has gone through the same thing?

cobra77, Dave did confirm they would have limited staff from June 7-19. But your order date is May 19?!?! Hmmm. They just better be ready to go to work on the 20th!!!
