front h7 led upgrade

i am trying to buy a replacement for my H7 light with a led light but I dont know how many watts will be enough for my car. the stock is 55W. I found a few ones on ebay but they are around 12-20 watts.

For example:

I have a 07 530i.

My Ride: 04 545i 6speed Black Sapphire metalli, Dinan exhaust, Dinan intake, 19 inch Beyern Type 5 wheels, cross drilled and slotted rotors

I just replaced the drls with these same leds. For a drl I wasnt looking for brightness as much as the white light to upgrade the old yellowish bulbs. They are definitely noticable and I like the way they look. I will try to take and post a pic for you some time today.
