We have had temperatures in the high 40s F the last couple of days and a little fog, so I was rolling with my fog lights in all their 6000K glory last night. Wow-they really work well. I really felt safe since I could see so well, and others could see me. We don't get much fog here, so getting to use the little accessories for their intended purpose is a treat. I definitely could tell a difference over the stock lights from the last experience. If you live with fog conditions, I highly recommend this mod.

My Ride: 07 525i. titanium grey, cold, premium, 6k headlights, V2 angle eyes, full LED interiors, LED licence plate lights, LED smoke side markers, LCI euro tail lights.
Ok so here come the inevitable questions, are you running 6k headlights? Did you do the foglight install yourself? And I think about $180.00 for this mod from brabus right?

I adore the look of my 6000K HID fogs coupled with my 6000K HID headlights which I bought from John. I will admit to using them more often then Andre' would approve of.

Headlights are stock Xenons. There is a DIY for the install - https://5series.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=5912 - it's a very easy job. I bought my interior LEDs, angel eyes, and fogs from john (brabus) as a package, but that price sounds about right. Seriously, this will take 1/2 hour or so to do for both sides.
Excellent, thanks for the link!

Mike, have the 6k low beam, MTECH V2 AE's sitting in a box just waiting to be installed. Need to do a little more research on the 6k fogs, I'm sure it's fine but just worried about radiant/conductive heat warping the housing. Thanks to CWS530 and you for the motivation!
