I initially saw this on ebay. I think if you search on bmw fog lamp ring or bezel you may be able to find it (assuming the guy is still listing them.)
I sourced it in Korea from the manufacturer. You might be able to email them in english and possibly get a reply. The vendor had other cool rings that would fit around the climate contro knobs and other areas withinn the 5 series.
