The car looks awesome, but, about the clear tail lights, I think IMHO that it would look even better with either smoke or red tailighs (Even better if you have the LED tail lights)

I can see how someone might like it, but my vote is also "no".

IMHO, it looks a little too "bleached out".

You asked, so here we go....ummmm, NO! Don't do it. Don't ruin the rear of your car. The E60 is not a Honda Civic. If anything, do smoked out rear LED's on a dark E60, but don't do clear.

smoked would look nice (or as said before, LED), but imo these look pretty chav.
