I believe it is 18 LEDS on each side.
But I love attention! LOL
But isn't partially the point of modding our cars to scream out attention / look at me. I know I'm guilty of that.
That stinks for you guys out in California. I never had a problem out here in NYC.
When it blinks, its very white, not bluish at all. The first set of pictures capture the true hue of it. The latter pics, the white bluish because of the wrong white balance.

Its not like these are blue bulb signal lamps, its the freaking entire taillight.
Also, some cars come stock with white turn signals. Volvo comes to mind.

For those of you interested in trying to figure out how to wiring the LCI look of your car, (lighting up Angel eyes, Eyebrow, LCI Tail Rods, License plate light), Here is a diagram I made for BlastiWI. Hopefully it makes sense for people. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Sorry if its sloppy, but this is way better than my hand writing. LOL

Very true very true. I have always maintained that the purpose of modding is to make the car personal and stand out.
Just the cops, they scare me I am sure they have much better things to do than to pick on people with white tail turn signals... but at the same time, I hate to be punk'd by them, lol.
All at the same time though, this mod would work wonders for against people that tailgate you, especially at night. Just turn on hazard and BAM, mofos can't see shit, hahaha.

And Diode is a little resistor looking item that keeps the current flow going only in one direction. This is to prevent the power from the other items to go in reverse and either light up your interior, or light up other items that shouldn't be on.
