20x8.5F 255/35/20
20x10.5R 285/35/20

Trying to find matching tires for the front and rear was a bitch! I finally ended up with Continental Conti extreme for front and Michelin pilots for rear

I know there are several of you that are running the same size wheels and tires without any rubbing issues at all. That's not the case with me, mine is rubbing a lot and if I have only tested it out with one person in the car.

I need to roll my fenders ASAP.

Nice looks, but are you sure it's OK to have two different brands of tires in the same car, especially exotic high-performance tires like these?

Car looks super hot. Love the black grills too. If you're rubbing with 285's on 10.5 rears, then who ever sold you those wheels gave you the wrong offsets. I have 295's on the rear with NO rubbing whatsoever. Try to find out what your offsets are. Also, whoever said that you could run 2 different types of High performance tires gave you very bad advice. That is most definitely a no no in the world of high performance cars and tires. I would seriously consider altering this set up slightly. Just trying to help. Otherwise, your car LOOKS great.

car looks great..... love the black rim and chrome lip... i plan on doing the same

only thing i felt wierd about was the tires (not the type)... for some reason they just seem odd to me, i noticed it the first time i looked at the car. I cant pinpoint is but somethings fishy there... maybe lol

i was wondering.... when u say you have rubbing, are u talking about front, back, when turning, when accelerating, ect. Also what exactly is getting your fenders rolled, i get the idea, im just wondering how its done.

nice ride!!
unfortunately i had the same rubbing problem on my previous 5....an 01 540...i went to the 20inch with 285 and it rubbed.....people in the car, or even agressive driving when the car would "squat" on a quick take off.....i hated it.....
this time i went with 20" again but kept it at 275.....
i bet shaving will help....
you car looks great....it's one of the TWO EXACT looks i wanted for me...black with the painted black R10's from radenenegie...same look...
but i went with silver gray, and some machine finished maya's....

Like the set up especially the black grills with black car and the wheel rim against the chrome window frame line. Could only work with black E60 IMHO.

Hope you get the tyre rubbing sorted!

I really like the look of yr car, zelement!
Love the black grill each time I see it, but have not made up my mind yet, as there are times that I look at it and feel like it takes away part of the car's identity (really torn on this one ) .
Wheels also look fantastic on that car. Hope you get the rubbing issue sorted.

Matter of taste of course, but would still go for the shadow line, as it completes the sporty look for me.
