Hey Y'all!

As most know....08 550i Space Gray with Sport Package.
I've already Powder Coated the Rims Gun Metal.

The 3 Mods left to do are:
  • M5Mirrors
  • M-Roof Spoiler
  • M-5 Trunk Lid Finisher(Spoiler)
It's difficult for me to find out pricing information including Labor on having all three of these done. I'm not handy so no self install here. Can any of you provide me an estimate of cost "per mod" (including labor)?

Also...what would be best color for the M-Mirrors-and Roof Spoiler knowing my car is Space Gray?

I really appreciate the help fellas. If any of you know of any places in LA that will do all of these for cheap(assuming I get the parts "ala-carte", feel free to recommend a shop.

Hmm...not sure what you mean by M-Roof spoiler. Roof spoilers as we know it are the ones that mount to the upper rear windshield by the roof of the car. BMW M Tech doesn't make one.

You probably mean the M Tech or M5 trunk spoiler lip (one and the same).

Also a trunk lid finisher is a piece that fills in the indentation of the trunk around the license plate. It's not a spoiler at all. regular E60s have this inward curve and the M5 has the finisher so it's flat.

As for color, I would body-match all of these to the color of your car.

EuroRev in Gardena is a good place in SoCal to get all these parts. Quad_m is a member on this board that can also get you these items.

Good luck!

Here's a pic of my car and you can see the roof spoiler (AC Schnitzer) and the M5 trunk lid spoiler (not to be confused with trunk lid finisher). The trunk lid finisher is the part that surrounds the license plate frame and extends to the taillights.

The ACS roof spoiler is around $600 painted. There are other brands like RDSport which looks a lot like the ACS piece but without the indentation for the upper brake light. Hamann is another company that makes one.

The M5 spoiler is about $450 painted. Again, ACS, RDSport, Hamann, Vorsteiner..etc..make trunk spoilers as well.

The trunk lid finisher is about $250 painted. You can only get this from BMW.

M5 mirrors will run you over $1K painted I believe.

Like ECF said, go to Eurorev in Inglewood. They'll do everything. A lot of members here have had their cars done by them. Off the top of my head: ICEMAN 316, bmw4life, brian1225, and alpinewhite. There are a lot of others.

If you can stick on a license plate and turn a screw. The M5 trunklid finisher is a dead easy self install.

Since you have an LCI, just make sure you order the LCI version of the finisher.
