Red face

As some of you know from my previous posts, I've been looking for a kit or a spoiler to make the pre-LCI front look more aggressive. I am currently awaiting delivery on a hamann carbon fiber piece, but am also working on creating an original custom kit for the e60 together with my friend, who is also a designer and fabricator of custom body work. We have several years experience of molding shapes out of carbon fiber and fiberglass and based on that have tentatively decided to make it out of carbon fiber, for best weight-to-integrity ratio and ease of work (fibergalss can be tricky to paint, and since we are planning to sell the kit unpainted, we figured this way it will be easier for customers to find a shop willing to work with it on installation and painting).
The fitment of the kit will be easiest possible, most likely a combination of high-strength glue and several bolts front and back and outright replacement for the skirts. We are in the process of getting a donor car for the mock-ups and fitment resolution.

I'm looking to get opinions from I the e60 owners out there who would consider buying a hand made limited production aero kit for the pre-LCI body.

The kit will most likely be made of best carbon fiber we can find, with top-quality resin. Design sketches will be posted sometime next week, as we are still developing the style.

The purpose of this feeler is to find out how much people think is reasonable to spend on an aero kit (unpainted) and whether we can find the 100 or so customers needed to make the project viable. Shipping will be available world-wide, so do chime in, regardless of where you live please.

Thanks everybody, looking forward to this discussiono

Righteously put, my dudes! I shall provide the sketches next week, as they are being worked on as we speak. I can only promise you one thing at this point: we will do everything we can to NOT make it look like anything you've seen before.

In the meantime, if you feel like "masturbating" a little longer on the subject, let me know if you would like to see something more outrageously extraverted or conservative?

I can't think of any other way of saying it. You hit it right on the tit.

Howitzer making friends and influencing people, as usual

Pics are coming next week. Shall we close this topic till then - for the time being? Appears that discussion of the concept is not happening thanks to Howitzer, everyone just wants to see tits

Ok, I've thrown together a little teaser of one of the possible looks of the front.

CAN I NOW GET SOME OPINIONS IN DA HOUSE?!
