Hi:
I just bought a 04 545i (Canadian car). My Eyebrows lights are always off for parking or low beams. My Idrive is v21.00.00
My Car:
Does Anybody know how to turn it on like:

It's due to your current software. In 2005 BMW released a faulty software that turned off the Eyebrows.
I had the same software in 2005, and got the car upgraded later on, which solved the problem.

You'll need a software update to your iDrive. I think this was a problem with one of the updates. Rudy should be able to give exact numbers and dates.
As for the white LED eyebrows, as opposed to the standard orange, member Eugene134 first did this and his DIY can be found HERE

How do you know what version of software your car has?

When mine was reprogrammed last July it was updated to 30.02. I don't know what the previous version was but the eyebrow lights didn't work before and now they do.
