Looks like how my car would look if I upgraded to M5 rims! However if you didn't notice yet, your tire treads are facing the wrong direction.

Is it just moved behind the licenseplate, or did you get rid of it alltogether?
The M5 trunk lid cover (#21) is a plastic part that goes right on top of the existing lid cover. It is held on by double sided tape and the two screws for your license plate frame.

Check out this spacer thing on Search before you buy them.

I may remember wrong but there was some discussion
about the matter and it could be that the tyres come in contact
with the rear fender in bigger bumps.

The car is very good locking!
