looking for an exhaust system upgrade for my sweet 550i. But dont know which one should i get. It's my daily ride, can't be too loud. But i need more passion when i put on gas. How about the supersprint? Can i put the 545i supersprint on the 550i? I really love the magnaflow, but they just don't have anything for my car.
any suggestions?

 

There are actually plenty. Search before posting.
Heres a couple of brands you can use to search: RD Sport Quads, Remus quads, Magnaflow quads, Hamann quads, Eisenmann quads and etc.

I think my topic titile should be "does supersprint 545i muffler fit 550i?"

 

It should fit if you can custom it to fit

 

I have the Remus single on mine and find it to be just about right. It is more noticeable than stock, but maybe not as loud as I would like. It is a straightforward install, fits the stock valance fine and priced reasonably. That said, it does the 550i justice and I am happy with it.

I have a Supersprint on order and it shares the same part no. as for the 550i

788306 80mm tips.

you will have no problems installing it.

 

how was the performance gain of that?

 

uhm...I haven't installed it yet buddy !

I guess it will give something in the mid-high rpm range...

An aftermarket exhaust will give more sound but don't be surprised if you achieve no power gains.
