Yeah at the place i can get the Borla Quad for $850, and Duo for $450. Installed!
what you guys think?

I owned a duo Borla and now own a duo RPI. The Borla sounded good and was a lot of fun... but is not even in the conversation with RPI.
If you have the money, the RPI is worth every penny.
IMO, the duo sound is better than the quad anyway. Unless your gonna race, or you just like the look, why would you want a quad?

I was mainly going to do it b/c of the look.

Guys I have a question, they were telling that for the quad set up, there was a battery that needed to get removed from the trunk of the car in order to do this install. Is this true?

i think you should invest another 100bucks and go for the gusto and get some h.p while your at it.. stay single sided and go RPI. you wont regret it the sound is amazing, yet not annoying and the torque is noticable (unlike the other options)
just a girly 2 cents... good luck.. i didnt vote for any of them since i went off the chart

You can request the layout drawings and dimensions of magnaflows and borlas by simply asking them for it. There are really no differences between the two as far as design goes. The reason I like Borlas more are because they use T304 like our systems. The quality of the steel is THAT much better than 400 series stainless which still builds surface rust. The price difference between the two are almost a 2:1 ratio. If you power, stick with a single sided exhaust, if you want the looks, the quads do look better but dont be surprised if you get spanked by a single sided exhaust car.

yeah, I'm actually considering RPI. Getting the quads sounds like a hastle, because of that battery issue.
And I also dont wanna spoil the want of a quad now, i rather wait 'till i get my M5.
Quick Reference questions:
Is the RPI loud, like enough to be annoying?
How much is an RPI exhaust? (After taxes, shipping, and installation, the whole deal)
What is the HP gain? Crank or Wheel?

You have a 530 so the RPI exhaust is about $799, single sided (they don't make quad for the reasons E mentioned). When I am ready for an exhaust I am definitely going with RPI (otherwise David will never let me live it down ) - besides RPI is like 10 mins from my house, so they can install too
