GT, i'm not quite sure who's quad cut out you're inspected - but all the ones i've seen (and i've seen alot) have been identically symetrical, including mine.

That's really close, but still not totally symetrical. The lips don't quite match. The left lip is a smidge thicker and doesn't taper off as quickly on the outside edge (fender side.)
