I think the same and I found that it exists :
BMW Navi DVD Road Map Europe Professional 2005-2:
# 65 90 0 403 168 - DVD Part No.: T1000-9211
The DVD contains now scarcely 6 millions road kilometers in completely Western Europe (suitably the coming vacation season finally also with Greece!), Tschechien and Slowakei for the following 24 countries:
A - AND - B - CH - CZ - D - DK - E - F - FIN - FL - GB - GR - I - IRL - L - MC - N - NL - P - RSM - S - SCV - SK
With the help of the TMC (Traffic Message Channel) function of the navigation system alternative routes can be computed in these countries:
A - B - CH - D - DK - E - F - GB - I -N - NL - S

Beware there are two version 2005-2: one compatible with E60/61 the other not compatible.
