Eibach's give a better, "close-to-stock" ride, while the H&R's tend to give a bigger drop with a harsher ride. I had H&R's on my old 530xi and will never get them again. I've never heard anyone complain about Eibach's, and many of the M5Board guys have swapped out their H&R's for Eibach's due the intolerable ride.
