I did it! I bit the bullet and bought an eBay M5 painted replica spoiler. I was stubborn and didn't listen to any board member's advice. I still did it anyways.

Ordered it and paypaled the money Tuesday. Today, FedEx guy shows up, gives me a large package. I open it up.

Very nicely wrapped, it was a struggle to cut open the protection. Okay, first examination, I see lots of debris and dust. I quickly grab the microfiber cloth and some water and wipe it down. Run downstairs, open the garage, (Im in my PJs on my day off so I don't step outside) and place the spoiler on my car. Here are the pics:

Crappy pictures I know. I will be out tomorrow and will take better pictures in better lighting. For now, thats what you guys get. Oh, the spoiler weighs 1lb and 4oz. Anyone want to chime in if thats the correct weight?

First impression: Paint looks good, but not great. Some flaws, but I'm going to buff it out and wax it. The double sided tape looks thin so I might swap it out for better tape. Overall, its pretty nice. Exceeded my expectation for a $112 spoiler painted. The paint matches 95% and it unnoticeable to normal people. (I'm not normal, I'm a car nut) To anyone else, it looks pretty OEM and no one could tell the difference.

Once I take better pictures with it installed in proper daylight, I will post my final evaluation. Cheers!
