too little. high offset means the wheels are too in and low offset means they come out more.

sure they might work (make sure the wheel clears your brake caliper) but you'd need a pretty thick spacer 1cm-1.5cm and then need to purchase longer bolts to secure your wheels. i wouldn't do it personally nor would i recommend anyone else.
