E61 Tailgate

Hi all sorry If this is not allowed but I need to get an internal light unit for my E61 tailgate, I have tried Ebay but not found one so far can anyone show me a picture of the unit so I know what I'm looking for?

I'm confused about what light you're actually talking about. 3rd brake light, inner tail light or something else

Sorry yes its the internal light that sits just to the left of the boot lock if thats any help, I actually found one on ebay not sure if I'm allowed to post that link but it has a part number of 8368577.
