My Ride: 2004 545i - 6 speed manual (July 04 build), silver-grey/black, sports package std equipment (18", active roll, active steering, adaptive headlights), premium sound, bluetooth enabled, folding rear seat, lumbar, 3m hood/bumper protective film, rear tint, euro reflectors.

If you go with 19s and rid yourself of the runflats, by all accounts, you should have better handling with at least the same level of comfort.? So do keep yourself open to that.
If you do get spacers, it should help the look of the car.? The rear wheels especially, seem to be swallowed by the car.
