Presumably BMW do Mudflaps (Front & Rear) to fit the E60, although I can't ever recall seeing one with them fitted. Do they do these to fit the M Sport Saloom version (LCI) and if so does anyone have a guideline on price (just for Mudflaps - not fitting) here in the UK?

Thanks in advance.

I've never seen a E60 M-sport with mudflaps. I don't think you can buy them to a M-sport..

We have them on our E60 without the M sport, and it really helps keeping the car clean, and saves us for a lot of stonechips along the side of the car

Thanks for the reply - I have just ordered my new E60 M Sport in Jet Black and so am wanting to do exactely what you say and keep the car as clean as possible, and try and prevent stonechips along the side of the car.

Can anyone else confirm if Mudflaps are made to fit the M Sport version?

Palmo,

When you do get your flaps, don't forget to ask for the fitting instructions too, as they don't come with the flaps - the Dealer has to print them out. Note that the SE flaps for E60 and E61 are the same instructions, but the RealOEM part numbers for the Sport are not on the instructions, so they will be a different set for the Sport.

The flaps do make a big difference to the amount of crud on the sills of the car, and on the front of my Caravan too!!!

My e61 M Sport has a full set of fitted flaps. As well as being practical, I think they look good with wide wheels particularly.
Not a good picture of the flaps but you can just see them:

Can't remember the price though, sorry.

Confirming that BMW does in fact sell mudflaps for the M Tech kit - I have them on my car. I put them on myself. Not too difficult. They do help keep the car clean and keep the rocks off the side. They aren't too noticable b/c I have a saphirre black car. Not sure I'd put them on a lighter painted car b/c they'd be a lot more noticable.

Have confirmed with my dealer that you can definitely get them for the M Sport in the UK...though this wasn't always the case. The cost is ?35 for each set (F/R).
